Who is L & D ?
Lucrezia & De Sade is a wholly Australian owned business that has traded from the same location in Brunswick Street Melbourne for twelve years. Wayne Nicol is the sole proprietor who established the business. From humble beginnings he has worked to build the business to its preeminent position today where it employs nine staff in various departments.

We are skilled designers and take pride in manufacturing many of our own products using the highest quality of materials that we can source. Through innovative marketing and retailing, together with strict attention to quality control, our products have become so well known that other retail stores have sought them out.

What about the GST?
All prices listed include the 10% Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Overseas customers will have this tax deducted from their order total prior to credit card processing.

Is it safe to Use my Credit Card ?
You have our absolute guarantee that your credit card particulars are secure. The L&D site uses the latest in encrypted credit card technology. Unlike some other sites we do not use a third party bureau to process the transaction. We do not transmit your information over the Internet. Your transaction is not processed online - we enter your card details through our store credit card facility the same as every other Lucrezia & De Sade personal shopper. See our Privacy Policy

What Credit Cards Do You Accept ?
We accept American Express, Bankcard (an Australian specific card), Diners Club, Mastercard, and Visa .

How will my product be shipped?
Smaller items will be sent within Australia via Express Post. Larger orders will be delivered by our Couriers except where you have only provided a post office box. In that case it will be sent by ordinary mail unless you specifically request express. Overseas orders will be sent air mail.
Remember if you are ordering from outside Australia customs duties and prohibited import laws are your responsibility.

Do you think freight will be expensive?
Freight on most items is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 within Australia and $25.00 overseas. Many small items are only charged at $5.00 while some of our promotional specials are periodically offered freight free. For orders within Australia we will dispatch your order with an Australia Post Express Mail Satchel wherever practical. Large parcels may be sent with our Couriers for Capital Cities or major regional centres.

If you have any specific freight request please let us know at the time of placing your order and we can advise whether there will be any additional cost.

Will my Product be Plain Wrapped ?
To ensure your complete confidentiality your parcel will not be shipped with Trade Marks, Company Logos or Identifying Labels.

Sure. Just send us an email at shop@lucreziadesade.com.au and we will get back to you with whatever extra information you may need. Our friendly staff are always happy to help.

What happens if you don't have the item in stock?
The Lucrezia & De Sade range includes nearly two thousand items. With that many product to keep track of we cannot guarantee to have everything in stock all of the time. Our aim is to ship orders between two and seven days. If we are unable to make or source you order within that time frame we will advise you by email of the likely delay. We will not charge your credit card until we have shipped the product. Any time up until then you may choose to cancel your order without any obligation.

How do I choose the right size for a garment?
Please refer to the Garment Sizing page to work out the right size to choose. This page will open in a new window, which you can close when you're ready to proceed.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as it is not store policy to offer refunds. By law items of intimate apparel cannot be exchanged. Exchanges will only be accepted with the original docket and will only be accepted within 28 days of purchase.

Management reserves the right to refuse an exchange when an item is not in its original condition.
